1. General Terms
1.1 Doctor Skin Clinic Limited, Aesthetic and Laser Clinic (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a professional skin treatment service provider. By using our services, you (“you”, “your”) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”).
1.2 These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and us for the services we render you. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking your appointment and using our services. These terms will provide you with all the information on who we are, how we pay for our services, and how you and we may change this agreement or end it, and also what to do if there is a problem with other information.
1.3 We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after any such modification or update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

2.1 Who we are – We are Doctor Skin Clinic Ltd, Aesthetic and Laser Clinic, an advanced skin treatment provider based in London and Wembley.

2.3 How we may contact you – If we need to contact you, we may call you on the phone number given at the time of booking or write to you at your provided email or postal address.
2.4 When we use words like “Writing” or “Written” in our Terms, it includes emails or text messages.
3. Our Contract With You & Deposit Requirements
3.1 Commencement of the contract – A contract is formed between you and us when an initial consultation appointment is granted to you (orally or in writing).
3.2 Deposit required – You will need to pay a nominal deposit with your request for a specific treatment in order to reserve the Initial Consultation and any subsequent appointment. We reserve the right to charge a larger deposit based on the price of the service.
3.3 Additional deposit requirements – If you are unable to attend your first consultation and fail to provide at least 48 hours notice, a second deposit will be required to secure a rescheduled appointment.
4. Services & Clinical Protocols
4.1 Provision of service – We provide our services during consultations and scheduled treatment courses documented on our website and clinical leaflets.
4.2 Continuity of care – While we strive to maintain the same practitioner for your care, we cannot guarantee treatment with the exact same aesthetician for every session. All doctors, nurses, and therapists possess full UK accreditation.
4.3 Required health information – Prior to each session, you must supply complete health history and medical disclosure. Incomplete information may result in treatment suspension or agreement termination.
4.4 Fitness for treatment – If our clinical team determines that you are medically unfit or unsuitable for a chosen treatment, we will only charge for the initial consultation fee.
4.5 No clinical guarantee – While procedures are performed with the utmost precision, no medical treatment is 100% risk-free and results may vary per individual.
5. Attendance At Clinic & Preparation
5.1 You must arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your appointment time. Late arrival may result in shortened treatment duration to respect subsequent client bookings.
5.2 Pre-treatment preparation – Failure to adhere to specific pre-procedure instructions (e.g. shaving, avoiding sun exposure) may require your session to be postponed or incurring additional fees.
6. Rights To Suspend Or Make Changes
6.1 Client modifications – Please notify us as soon as possible if you wish to adjust your scheduled treatment date or time.
6.2 Clinic modifications – We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or adjust service schedules due to regulatory changes, technical maintenance, or emergency circumstances beyond our control.
7. Your Rights To End The Contract
7.1 Valid Termination: You may cancel or reschedule without penalty if at least 48 hours notice is provided in writing or via phone (0208 004 0277).
7.2 Late Cancellation (< 48 Hours Notice): Cancellations or missed appointments with less than 48 hours notice are subject to a £95 cancellation fee.
7.3 Course Session Cancellations: If less than 48 hours notice is given for a session within a prepaid treatment course, full payment for that session will be required prior to attending future appointments.
8. Our Rights To End The Contract
8.1 Medical unfitness – We may terminate the agreement if you are assessed as medically unfit for a procedure.
8.2 Contractual breach – We reserve the right to end the contract if payments are missed, appointments are repeatedly unfulfilled, or essential health information is withheld.
9. Service Quality & Legal Rights
9.1 If a service is not performed with reasonable care and skill, you are entitled to request a remedial consultation or fix in accordance with UK consumer law.
10. Pricing & Payment Terms
10.1 Price lists – All prices are clearly listed on our website and in clinic. Payment is required in advance or on the day of initial consultation.
10.2 Accepted Payment Methods – We accept major Credit/Debit cards (Visa, MasterCard), cash, and approved finance options. We do NOT accept American Express or personal checks.
10.3 Late Payments – Interest on overdue payments accrues at 3% per annum above the Bank of England base rate.
11 & 12. Liability & Data Usage
11.1 Foreseeable loss – We are liable for foreseeable loss caused by our failure to exercise reasonable skill and care, but not for indirect business losses or information withheld by clients.
12.1 Personal Data – All client data is managed strictly in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act.
13. Important Clinic Rules & Course Expiry
13.1 Non-Smoking: All premises and parking areas are strictly non-smoking zones.
13.2 Minors: All visitors under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
13.3 Course Expiry (12 Months): All multi-session treatment courses must be completed within 12 months of the initial consultation. Any unused sessions after 12 months will be forfeited.
13.7 Governing Law: These terms are governed by English law and subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
14. Detailed Cancellation & Rescheduling Charges
14.1 Nurse / Practitioner Appointments: Requires a small refundable deposit applied towards final treatment credit.
14.2 Doctor / Consultant Appointments: Requires 100% advance consultation payment and 50% treatment deposit.
14.4 & 14.7 Cancellation Fee: Rescheduling, cancelling, or failing to attend within 48 hours of appointment incurs a £95 minimum cancellation fee.
14.8 Valid Reschedule Channels: Telephone (0208 004 0277) or Email (hello@dslclinic.com). Text messages or social media DMs are NOT accepted for cancellations.
14.10 Products: Skincare products purchased in-store or online are non-refundable due to hygiene and restocking policies.
15. Terms for Cancellation & Refund Policy
15.2 Non-Refundable Payments: All treatment payments are non-refundable. Cancellations incur a £150 cancellation fee.
15.4 Prepaid Course Cancellations: Performed sessions are billed at full single treatment rates. Remaining balance minus £150 fee is credited to client account for future treatments (no cash refunds).
15.6 Appointment Reminders: Not receiving SMS/Email reminders is not a valid excuse for missing appointments. Tracking appointment dates remains client responsibility.
16. Complaints Policy
Doctor Skin Clinic Ltd maintains a formal written complaints policy. Complaints are handled confidentially by our Registered Manager. Complainants may request our complete policy at reception or via email at hello@dslclinic.com.
